This is a very original food for people who like new items in their daily menu or dinners. The main ingredient of this meal is meat dumplings. You can cook once and freeze them. And you can take out frozen dumplings whenever you need to cook something tasty and quick soup. Assure, homemade dumplings taste much better than from the store.

Prepare the filling.
Take chicken fillet, garlic, onion, skinless bacon, salt, ground black pepper and grind well in a blender until minced.
Prepare the dough.
Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl. In the middle of the flour slide, make a notch and place the egg in it and start stirring. Gradually pour the saltwater and oil into the bowl in a thin stream and continue stirring.
- Knead the dough well with your hands. The dough ready when easily out of hand. Depending on the quality of the flour, you need to knead the dough for at least 20 minutes or until smooth. Leave it for rest in a bowl for 40 minutes and cover with a cloth.
- Divide the dough into pieces, make balls out of it, and roll them out with dough rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm. Make a circle impression on the rolled dough sheet. You can use a cookie cutter with the smallest radius. Smaller dumplings, nicer soup. The ideal diameter of dough circles is 2-3 cm.
- Put a small amount of minced meat in each circle of dough and fold dumplings. From this dough, you get several dozen small dumplings. For a soup, you need 100 small dumplings. If you get large ones and a smaller number, it’s okay.
Prepare the soup.
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the dumplings gently into the water. Chop the potato and carrot very finely and put them there too. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
- Finely chop the dill and add to the soup. Boil for another five minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
