- Cut the bell peppers and green beans into the same strips as the meat.
- Take a frying pan and heat it well and add olive oil. Place the meat with sour cream in a frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and garlic until excess liquid evaporates slightly, and add salt to taste.
- Serve with onion leaves. You can also serve it with mashed potatoes or cereal.
