- Put a small amount of minced meat in each circle of dough and fold the dumplings. From this dough, you get several dozen small dumplings. For a soup, you need 100 small dumplings. If you get large ones and a smaller number, it’s okay.

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the dumplings gently into the water. Chop the potato and carrot very finely and put them in there too. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
