  1. Crack eggs and mix with salt and flour, whisk. This is the easiest batter you can think of.
  2. Pour refined oil into a frying pan. Remove the leaves from the water and dry a little in a colander.
  3. Dip each leaf into the batter and carefully place it in the frying pan.
