Meatballs are a great idea for a delicious dinner. Spicy tomato sauce with spices gives a wonderful aroma and taste to the dish. Soft, juicy meat goes well with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.

  1. Prepare equal portions of beef, pork, chicken. Peel the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Get a piece of dry white bread or baguette. Take a spice mixture of hot and black peppers, dry celery, salt. Put all the ingredients in a blender or meat grinder and mince well.
  2. Roll the minced meatballs. You can watch an example of the process in the video below. Spread out evenly and chill slightly in the freezer.
  3. Take the second part of onion and garlic, and carrots, cut into small pieces. Fry until golden brown. Add tomato sauce or juice to boiling oil with vegetables, simmer for another 20 minutes.
  4. Add cooled meatballs to stewed vegetables with tomato sauce. Simmer for another 40 minutes over low heat.
