  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat well with a whisk. Add in turn the kefir or yogurt, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, flour and mix well again. Sift the flour into a sieve.
  2. First, prepare a presentation portion with which you are going to surprise your loved one. Preheat a pancake pan and coat with butter or vegetable oil.
  3. Draw letters and hearts in the pan, leaving space there so they don’t stick together. Fry gently on both sides until golden brown so that they are well done in the middle. Prepare regular round pancakes from the remaining dough.
  4. When ready, place the letters on a plate, decorating with honey and berries. If berries and honey are not available, fruit and jam will work too.
