This is no ordinary chicken egg soup that you can cook very simply and easily in your own kitchen. Any soup you can flavor with spices, herbs, and garlic. The most delicious chicken soup is made from homemade chicken. This soup has a beautiful broth with yellow fat drops. But if there is no homemade chicken, take any chicken meat on the bone.

  1. We will cook the soup with chicken breast, which is on the bones. Just take the meat and put it in cold water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Peel small potatoes, rinse, do not cut into pieces, and place whole in a saucepan. Slice the onion and carrot into rings. Also, add a small piece of yellow hot pepper and keep cooking all vegetables for another 20 minutes.
  3. Put a little pasta in a saucepan, preferably medium-sized and not very wide.
  4. Break two eggs into a small bowl and stir with a fork. Pour gently into a saucepan and stir.
  5. Pass the peeled garlic through a press. Take a small bunch of herbs: onion leaves, parsley, celery leaves. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, rub a little with salt. Place the mixture in a saucepan.
  6. Boil for another 5-10 minutes and remove the soup from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve with croutons.
